Build the Capability You Already Use Every Day
In civil construction, people often take on complex responsibilities long before their title catches up. If you’re ready to formalise that capability and step into senior site and project leadership, this qualification provides the structure, recognition and confidence to lead at a higher level.Stepping into senior civil construction roles often happens gradually — taking on planning tasks, supporting estimators, supervising crews, and solving problems that affect timelines and site safety. But without a formal qualification, many capable supervisors and site managers find it harder to advance into construction manager, project manager, or superintendent roles.
The RII60620 Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction strengthens your ability to manage complex project requirements, develop and implement site systems, prepare cost and rate schedules, and lead quality, environmental, safety and risk frameworks. The content is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to operate at a higher strategic and operational level across major works, infrastructure, mining and civil construction projects.
Through practical, project-based assessments, you’ll build the capability to lead teams, coordinate systems, manage budgets, guide compliance, and influence performance across construction operations.
