What is the job?

You will be based in our Palmwoods office as part of the administration team, to coordinate diaries and enrolment processes for trainers and online students.

Your job will include things like:

  • supporting the remote and regional staff to manage their calendars and be their internal office support person – the head-office person who solves all their problems!
  • enrolling new students – processing applications, calling to organise their training appointments, data entry, following systems and processes
  • taking incoming calls from students
  • ongoing administration support to students until they complete their course
  • using a range of software systems

Position is based: office in Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast

Pay & Conditions: as per the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2010

Hours Full-time: rostered between 7.30 am and 5.30pm Monday – Thursday 7.30 am and 5.00pm Friday

Skills and experience

You will describe yourself as having a passion for helping people, and like providing solutions, natural born encourager, always being punctual, trustworthy, respectful, honest, high integrity, patient while still valuing your time, excellent communication and people skills.

You will need to have your current Cert IV in Training and Assessing,

Position: Sales Consultant/Student Recruiter (Office Based)

Due to our rapid growth and success we’ve got too many leads to manage, so we’re looking for two more Sales Super Stars to join our team!

The Role

Are you a Sales gun? Are you fast and efficient? Do you hunger for Sales and enjoy the wins? No cold calling involved!

The role is a full-time phone-based role in our friendly Palmwoods office on the Sunshine Coast. You will be calling a variety of people from business owners, construction workers, mum and dads who have lost their jobs due to Covid, corporates, HR managers and CEO’s.
The leads are all inbound leads from expressions of interest (so no uncomfortable cold calling) requesting information about our courses, subsidies, fees and training delivery.

With achievable KPIs and full ongoing training and working alongside a supportive, collaborative team who love sales.

You will only work weekdays, varying shifts between 9am and 7pm with flexibility.
