5 tips to make yourself more promotable in 2022

If you have been in the same job for a while, you may be feeling undervalued and frustrated about your career progression.

Keep good records of what you are doing. If you are looking to be more promotable in your career, you should keep records of all the accomplishments you are making.

Use these records to determine what else you can do and to show others what you have already done. It is hard to dispute your accomplishments when you have them down on paper and recorded!

Getting feedback from your boss can be a very positive way to show you are a good candidate for promotion.

You will also gain an understanding of the areas you should be focusing on to improve your chances of getting a promotion. By engaging with your employer you are taking the initiative to solve greater problems and become a more valuable employee.

5 – Consider Formal Qualifications
