Certificate IV Project Management Practice
Develop Practical, Real-World Project Capability
Project teams rely on people who can stay organised, communicate clearly and keep tasks moving. But many coordinators and project officers develop these skills informally, learning by trial and error while juggling competing demands. This can create uncertainty — especially when expectations aren’t always clear. The BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice gives you structured, practical tools to manage your workload and support your project team effectively. You’ll develop capability across scope, time, cost, risk, quality, WHS and communication — the foundations that keep projects stable. If you’re working on projects already, stepping into a coordination role or wanting to formalise your experience, this qualification offers a clear and nationally recognised path forward.
