Important Forms 

Here are the forms you may need during your studies:  - Assessment Extension Request – use this if you need extra time due to personal or study-related circumstances.  - Update Contact Details – update your personal or contact information.  - Withdrawal or Deferral Request – if your situation changes and you need to adjust your enrolment.  - Credit or Recognition Application – submit evidence of prior learning or experience.  - GTI Complaints, Grievances & Appeals Form – formal avenue if issues cannot be resolved informally
