Who is considered a New Employee?

There are a range of people considered `new employees’ under this program including:

  • full-time employees within 90 days of starting
  • part-time employees within 12 months of starting
  • casuals or part-timers who have been with you for longer but are upgrading to part or full time
  • employees who you are rehiring after a 6 month or longer gap
