If you have been in your job for less than 90 days your employer can claim 50% of your wages for 12 months plus…

  • You get to upskill by participating in professional development and gaining a qualification

  • The course is FREE to you and it doesn’t affect your wages or job conditions

  • You get to show your employer your commitment to your new role

  • You get to choose from a range of approved online courses including Cert IVs and Diplomas in WHS, Project Management, Civil Supervision, HR, Environmental Sustainability, Leadership and Management, Business, and others

  • If you are experienced or have qualifications you can still be eligible

  • There are no exams, no essays, and the course is based around your new job and your new company’s policies, procedures and systems. This will help you settle into the new role.
